The team who brought you Despicable Me and the biggest animated hits of 2013 and 2015, Despicable Me 2 and Minions, returns to continue the adventures of Gru, Lucy, their adorable daughters—Margo, Edith and Agnes—and the Minions. Despicable Me 3, directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda, co-directed by Eric Guillon, and written by Cinco Paul & Ken Daurio, will be released in theaters on June 30, 2017.
The animated film is produced by Illumination’s Chris Meledandri and Janet Healy, and executive produced by Chris Renaud.
Despicable Me 3 is an upcoming 2017 American 3D computer-animated comedy film produced by Illumination Entertainment. It is the fourth installment in the Despicable Me film series and a sequel to 2013’s Despicable Me 2. Written by Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio, the film is being directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda, and co-directed by Eric Guillon. It is scheduled for release on June 30, 2017, by Universal Pictures.
- Steve Carell as Gru, the adoptive father of Margo, Edith, and Agnes, husband of Lucy, and the current boss of the Minions. Carell will also voice Gru’s long-lost twin brother Dru.
- Kristen Wiig as Lucy Wilde, an Anti-Villain League agent, Gru’s wife and the girls’ new mother.
- Trey Parker as Balthazar Bratt, a former child star who grows up to become obsessed with the character he played in the ’80s and bent on world domination.
- Miranda Cosgrove as Margo, Gru and Lucy’s oldest adopted daughter.
- Dana Gaier as Edith, Gru and Lucy’s middle adopted daughter.
- Nev Scharrel as Agnes, Gru and Lucy’s youngest adopted daughter.
