This Week’s YouTube Music Charts: Ozuna, Marshmello, Imagine Dragons and More

This week’s YouTube Music Chart highlights

  • Taki Taki”—the collaboration by DJ Snake featuring Cardi B, Ozuna, and Selena Gomez—has hit one billion views. It is the sixth fastest video to reach the milestone, reaching the mark in just 115 days. This is Cardi B, Selena Gomez, and DJ Snake’s second entry each in the Billion Views Club. “Taki Taki” is currently #5 on the Global Top Songs chart.
  • Ozuna now has seven spots with “Taki Taki,” putting him ahead of Justin Bieber as the artist credited on the most videos with over one billion views (counting lead, featuring, and collaboration spots). Ozuna holds the #7 slot on the  Global Top Artists chart this week.
  • Hundreds of thousands of fans tuned into dozens of YouTube livestreams this weekend as Marshmello took over Fortnite. His historic in game performance led to a massive spike on his YouTube channel, with daily views skyrocketing to 40 million over the weekend. Marshmello is currently #31 on the Global Top Artists chart.
  • Imagine Dragons’ “Radioactive” also hit one billion views, making it the group’s second entry in the Billion Views Club after “Thunder.” They are currently #17 on the Global Top Artists chart.
  • Billie Eilish broke her 24-hour debut record with the new music video for “bury a friend,” earning 7.8M views in a day. Billie Eilish is #18 on the US Top Artists chart. “bury a friend” held the #1 slot on the US Trending chart last week.
  • Cole’s“Middle Child” enters in the top 5 on theUS Top Songs chart. He jumped from over 50 spots to #20 on the US Top Artists chart, earning 19M views in the country last week.
  • Daddy Yankee and Snow’s “Con Calma” debuted at #6 on the Global Top Songs chart. The emoji-filled video has amassed 59M views since its release. Daddy Yankee jumped 16 spots to #12 on the Global Top Artists chart.
  • Backed by the new music video, twenty one pilots’ “Chlorine” entered the Global Top Songs chart at #59. Now at #61, they grew 26 spots on the Global Top Artists chart.
