Beatles ‘Anthology’ Albums Debut On Worldwide Streaming Services
As of today, volume 1-3 of The Beatles anthology is available across all streaming services.
Back in the 1990’s when originally released, The Beatles Anthology collection went multi-platinum in a number of countries worldwide.
The newly released songs are remastered from the original 1995 and 1996 CD volumes and include rare recordings and differing versions. All three compilation albums were released by Apple Records and included some of their most famous songs, such as Free as a bird and Real love, both of which were written by John Lennon.
Anthology 1 includes rarities, outtakes, and live performances during the 1958-1964 period. Anthology 2 features outtakes and alternative performances from the 1965 Help! sessions, and Anthology 3 includes alternative songs from the final two years of the The Beatles career.
The new compilations were remastered in London at the Abbey Road studios by the same engineers who worked on their 2009 studio album.
Now these newly released versions of the songs can be heard across a multitude of streaming services including Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer, Rhapsody, Google Play and several others.
