Spotify Dubbed Digital Predator By Top Radio Consultant

Respected radio consultant Fred Jacobs of Jacobs Media has now dubbed “Your Daily Drive” and short daily podcasts like the New York Times produced The Daily, which is the most popular podcast in America and NPR’s Up First which is #4 as digital predators:

“These digital predators – and let’s call them what they are – are gunning for radio’s morning drive; the most habitual commuters – in the same way Netflix targeted rich prime time TV viewing audience.

And we know what happened there.”
