Christian artist Natalie Grant performed on a national stage on Monday night (Jan. 10) as she sang the Star Spangled Banner before the College Football Playoff National Championship.
The Curb | Word Entertainment artist kicked off the highly anticipated game in Indianapolis, Indiana, which aired on ESPN. The game between the Georgia Bulldogs and the Alabama Crimson Tide ended in a win for Georgia, marking the program’s first national championship win since 1980.

Grant, a Nashville-based artist, has been one of the top-selling Christian artists since her 2005 breakout, Gold-certified album, Awaken. She is a five-time Gospel Music Association Female Vocalist of the Year and is a 31-time GMA Dove Award nominee.
