Before his death in 2003, Johnny Cash spent almost a decade recording an extensive selection of his career hits, outtakes, and historical tracks with famed producer Rick Rubin. The resultant collection of 79 songs was released as a five disc set titled Unearthed, just two months after Cash’s death.
