The latest executive shuffles across the music industry…
Polydor Records has appointed Rich Castillo as Senior A&R Manager. Castillo comes from being a Director of A&R for Universal Music Canada where he was based in Toronto. Prior to the role in Canada, Castillo was Head of A&R for UMTV in London, and his new role will see him return to the UK.
Universal Music UK has elevated Rob Fleming to Senior Vice President, International Marketing. Fleming has worked for Universal Music for over 10 years where he held roles with the international team. In his new role, Fleming will report to Brian Celler, Executive Vice President, Head of International.

Capitol Music Group (CMG) has appointed Marni Halpern as Senior Vice President, Promotion for Caroline – the independent Services and Distribution division. In this role, Halpern will be based in New York and will be responsible for overseeing Caroline’s promotion strategies for all radio formats.
Warner Music Group (WMG) has elevated Chris Ancliff to Executive Vice President for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. In Ancliff’s role, he will be responsible for overseeing the key developing markets and will report to Stu Bergen, CEO Warner Music Group.
