After parting ways with comedian Kevin Hart, The Recording Academy and CBS announced today that Alicia Keys will host the 61st Annual Awards. The awards will be broadcast live on CBS on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, 8 p.m.ET / 5 p.m. PT.
“I know what it feels like to be on that stage, and I’m going to bring that vibe and energy,” said Keys. “I’m so excited to be the master of ceremonies on the biggest night in music and celebrate the creativity, power and, magic. I’m especially excited for all the incredible women nominated this year! It’s going “UP” on February 10!”
Keys is a 15-time Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter/musician/producer, actress, author, and film, television and Broadway producer. Since the release of hee 2001 debut album, Songs In A Minor, Keys has sold more than 30 million records and built an unparalleled repertoire of hits and accomplishments.
