The latest executive shuffles across the music industry…
Sony Music Nashville has hired Hannah Dudley as Marketing Director. Dudley previously founded Dream Big Entertainment Group in 2015, of which she was the CEO. She also previously worked for Warner Music Group as Head Of Digital & Strategic Marketing for East West Records/Rhino/Label Services.
Sony Music UK has hired Alice Beal as Label Manager of Insanity Records. Beal comes from EMI where she was Marketing Manager for approximately 4 years. Prior to working at EMI, Beal worked as a Marketing Coordinator for Polydor Records for a year and a half.

Capitol Records has hired Chris York as Senior Director of A&R. York will be based in Nashville and in his new role he will be responsible for the recruitment and development of talent, as well as continuing to manage A&R for ‘Striking Matches’ and ‘Judah And The Lion’.
Warner Music UK has promoted Phil Christie to President of Warner Bros UK from Head of A&R of the label. Christie will report to CEO and Chairman, Max Lousada.
