After announcing striking previous partnership deals with Paradigm Talent, both the Windish Agency and AM Only will adopt the Paradigm name going forward.
Paradigm will continue to collaborate with their European partner, London-based CODA Agency and both Tom Windish,(founder-president of The Windish Agency) and Paul Morris (CEO of AM Only) will continue in their respective leadership roles within Paradigm’s Music Executive Group along with Paradigm vets Dan Weiner, Marty Diamond and CODA’s Tom Schroeder.
“I’ve found that the same entrepreneurial spirit that leads to successful business building also lends itself to successful career building for our clients,” said Paradigm Chairman and CEO Sam Gores. “In working with like-minded professionals, we’re able to expand our reach, resources, and clients without losing our focus. Our mutual respect and shared values make this integration a natural fit. I consider us very fortunate to have the brilliant minds of Paul and Tom on our team.”
“By combining forces with Monterey Peninsula Artists, Little Big Man and, now, AM Only and Windish, Paradigm has built an inclusive culture that keeps the spirit of these independent companies alive, which allows our unique attributes to continue to flourish within the unified agency,” said Paul Morris, CEO of AM Only.
“The partnership with Paradigm has brought a tremendous group of agents and resources together under one roof on a worldwide scale. We have always shared the same values and I am proud to now share the same name,” said Tom Windish, Founder/President of The Windish Agency.
The renaming of Windish and AM Only follows the three companies combining their office space in downtown New York City last November.
