SXSW 2017 has opened its Panel Picker. Aside from the overwhelming amount of music, panels are the best thing about SXSW, and fortunately, unlike some conventions, the process to choose which panels get SXSW slots is relatively transparent and democratic.

SXSW PanelPicker opened yesterday and submissions run through July 23, 2016. If you are interested in presenting a panel or workshop at SXSW 2017 and getting a free registration to the conference, get your idea on the ballot now.
Community voting on the panels runs August 8 – September 3.
