New York marketing and communications holding company Stadiumred Group has acquired Nashville based Gyrosity Projects, a digital marketing agency, as well as, a stake in Crosshair Music, a music influencer marketing platform. The is deal valued at over $1 million.
Garrison Snell, the founder and CEO of both Gyrosity and Crosshair, will be staying on after the acquisition. This acquisition is the first by Stadiumred since announcing its plans to grow its overall agency holdings to better serve its wide range of clients.
Snell’s clients include CeCe Winans, Kenny Loggins and Bad Company, as well as, Mellow Mushroom, TEDxNashville and others. Crosshair offers playlist pitching and streaming promotion for independent artists.
Stadiumred serves clients in the luxury lifestyle, entertainment, hospitality, business to business, finance, healthcare, food & beverage, and consumer products industries through global experiential, creative, public relations, and digital engagement platforms.
