2018 has most certainly been a fantastic year for electronic music. From albums to EPs to singles, there has been plenty of releases over the last 12 months which will certainly stick in our memories for years to come. From the silky club grooves of Kaytranada to the fractured, nerve-shredding apocalyptic soundscapes of Objekt – and everything in between – these are some of our top picks from 2018. So, as the year draws to an end, let’s look back at some of the tracks which made us screw up our faces in sheer pleasure, overwhelmed us with otherworldly ethereal beams, haunted our headphones with ambient waves and all round gave us the most enjoyment.
