Spotify recently updated its ‘Spotify for Artists’ app, providing artists with an exciting host of new features, including live listener tracking, monitoring of milestones, improved profile management, and more.

Artists can now see how many listeners they have in real time on their Spotify for Artists app.
This is just one of the many updates that have been added to the Spotify for Artists app.
With this revamp, the app welcomes a whole new look, a new way to access resources and updates about your milestones, and real time stats for new releases, all on the go. So you can keep things movin’ wherever you are, from the studio to the road.
Here’s how these new features will make your life that much easier:
Real Time Stats
Keep track of your new releases with real-time listening stats for the first week after you go live. This features let’s you see just how many people are listening to your tracks from all over the world at any moment.
Track Milestones
Now, it’s way easier to track your milestones in the app. Whether you just made it onto a new playlist or you just got a bunch of new followers, you’ll know.
Keep up with the latest tips and tricks
On the new Home tab, you’ll receive recommendations for articles and videos to help you get even more out of the platform. Get product updates, learn how to better use your data, and get advice from some of the most successful artists in the game.
Further understand your fans
Know who’s listening to your songs, where they’re located and similar artists they’re into, all with the app. You’ll be able to see the latest stats for all your songs and playlists in visually clear and easy format.
Manage your profile
Stuck on the road? No problem. You can manage your profile right from the app. Adjust your profile image, bio, playlists, and Artist’s Pick right from the Artist page. If you manage a bunch of artists, you can even switch between artists as well.
