We’ve teamed up with Dublab to offer an ongoing internship at their radio station in Los Angeles. Beginning in September, this is a fantastic opportunity for our L.A students and graduates to get hands-on experience at an established radio station that has a huge influence on both the local and global stage.
The Dublab team
Dublab is a non-profit, online radio station dedicated to the growth of music, arts and culture. Broadcasting from Los Angeles since 1999, their mission is to share freeform radio transmissions with an international audience. Dublab’s programming has expanded to include the production of art exhibits, films, events and record releases as well as affiliate stations in Germany, Japan, and Spain.
The basic skills/tasks will be:
- Audio editing,
- Sound engineering,
- Social media outreach,
- Basic administrative tasks,
- Posting and management of online content.
Finally, Dublab can offer a 2-hour guest spot on Dublab Radio at the end of the internship – a great way to exhibit your talents to a wide audience and the perfect way to round off your experience.
