Los Angeles-based radio station has added a new festival to their already steady diet of yearly music events. Joining the likes of Almost Acoustic Christmas and Weenie Roast, the occasion, titled High & Low Festival, will take place September 9th at NOS Event Center in San Bernardino, California.
