Uber finally acquires 100% of Cornershop in a multi-million dollar deal

The operation for 459 million dollars was finally endorsed in Mexico in December 2020 by Cofece.

You can now order the supermarket through Cornershop

Through the “Super” option, Uber and Uber Eats users will be able to order the supermarket and other products from specialized stores in 12 cities of the Mexican Republic.
