Carly Rae Jepsen, Purity Ring, and Noah Cyrus will be the openers for Katy Perry’s upcoming tour in support of her new album Witness. Megan James and Corin Roddick of Purity Ring helped in the writing of some of the songs from Perry’s new album. Perry has also announced that the tour will be
