Next August, Jeff Lynne’s ELO will tour the US for the first time since 1981. The announcement comes in advance of the band’s live concert CD/DVD, “Wembley or Bust”, which is set for release this Friday, November 17. The compilation will give fans a glimpse into live performances of ELO in their
